After a variety of research methods, interviews, stakeholder maps, journey maps etc, we identified a variety of touchpoints in need of imporvement. We noticed there was a need for useful information, wayfinding, timetables, notifications of room changes or lecture cancellations, at the touch of a button through a number of terminals found throughout the School of Art and Design. The interface design itself was something which needed to be clear and concise with speed and ease of use at it’s heart, while also using playful and contemporary Ui elements and animations.
